Some critics are calling Renée Elise Goldsberry's interpretation of our national anthem the new standard among all the recordings that currently exist. Goldsberry, a Carnegie Mellon School of Drama alumna and one of the stars of Broadway's smash hit Hamilton, rallied for Hillary Clinton at the Apollo Theater in Harlem on March 31. Goldsberry gave an impassioned introduction to Clinton and then wowed the audience with her a cappella rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner." See her performance on Hillary Clinton's Facebook page
