Carnegie Mellon University’s College of Fine Arts podcast program “Lab A6,” covers contemporary visual art, architecture, design, drama and music. The program invites faculty members, students, local artists and other community members to informed conversations on how art impacts life. Host Margaret Myers, the Associate Director of the STUDIO for Creative Inquiry at Carnegie Mellon, has a history of working with artists in all disciplines with various approaches towards art making. Her intuitive questions and thought provoking queries leaves listeners with a sense of constructive recognition on how art impacts our everyday life. All audio podcasts are in mp3 or mp4 format and are completely compatable with iTunes or almost all standard music programs. To download to your hard drive, simply right click the download link and choose the save to disk option. The streaming links are compatable for all media programs that support realtime streaming, like Quicktime. All video clips can be downloaded or streamed and require Quicktime 6 or higher (Quicktime 7 is required for high quality).
